Shipping Policy

We currently ship Australia-wide for most standard bathroom and kitchen products.

All stocked items are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse.

Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1 business day if the products are in stock.

Estimated delivery timeframes (guideline only):

  • Melbourne Metro VIC: 1–3 business days

  • Melbourne Metro delivery is available at a flat rate of $50 per order.
  • Delivery is kerbside / ground-level only.
  • Drivers will not carry items upstairs, inside the property, or over steps.
    Any stairs, lifts, difficult access or additional handling may incur extra charges, payable separately.
  • Regional areas: delivery fees vary. Please contact us for a delivery quote before placing your order.

General Delivery Terms

  • We will deliver the Products to the delivery address specified in your Order.

  • Delivery dates are indicative only. To the extent permitted by law, OZV Homes is not liable for any loss, cost, or damage arising from delivery delays.

  • All deliveries are made with Authority to Leave unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • By placing an order, you authorise us and our couriers to leave the Products unattended at the delivery address (including reception or concierge where applicable).

  • Once delivery has been completed under Authority to Leave, responsibility and risk transfer to you.

Packaging & Handling

  • Products are delivered in standard packaging.

  • Special packaging requests may incur additional charges.

  • Please take care when opening packaging, especially when using sharp tools.

  • You must ensure safe access and availability to receive delivery.

If delivery or collection is delayed due to your failure to accept delivery within 14 days of the first delivery attempt, we reserve the right to:

  • Charge reasonable storage and handling fees; and/or

  • Cancel the order and issue a refund less any reasonable administration, storage, or delivery costs.

Product Suitability

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the Products are suitable for their intended purpose.

OZV Homes supplies standard products and does not warrant that Products will meet individual, site-specific, or bespoke requirements unless expressly agreed in writing.
