Change of Mind Returns

• Change-of-mind returns are eligible for an exchange voucher only.
• Original delivery fees and any re-delivery fees are payable by the customer.
• If the item was shipped with free delivery, the original shipping cost incurred by OZV Homes will be deducted.

Conditions:

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• All returns are subject to inspection.

A 20% re-packaging / handling fee may apply if:

• Packaging is opened or damaged; or
• Re-packaging is required as determined by our team.

Applicable fees will be confirmed after physical inspection.

Exchange Conditions

• Proof of purchase is required.
• Exchange vouchers are valid for 3 months from issue date.
• Exchange vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
• OZV Homes reserves the right to assess each return individually and may decline an exchange if the item condition does not meet return requirements.

Damages, Faults & Incorrect Items

• Please inspect your order as soon as possible upon delivery.
• Any visible damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Claims must be submitted within 7 days to be eligible for assessment.

If products are stored without inspection and damages are reported after 7 days, we may be limited in the remedies available.

Installation Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the installer or trade professional to inspect all products prior to installation.

Products installed despite visible defects or damage will not be eligible for replacement, refund, or compensation for associated costs.
