Return Eligibility
You may return eligible items within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. This policy applies to all our bathroom, kitchen, cabinet, and window products.
Return Process
If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service team at ozvhomes@gmail.com within the return period. Our team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send the item back.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non - refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
